Your syndic keeps its own records about you as a co-owner or tenant (your resident file, units, payments and invoices), as the law requires; your account is no longer linked to them. An organization you own alone is closed and its records are kept.
An organization that has no other member is closed; its records are kept for the same period.

This cannot be undone.
